“We
the People of the
United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish
Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common
defense, promote the general Welfare, and
secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity,
do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States
of America.”
I’ll get to the
preamble to the US Constitution in a moment but first let me
tell a little story.
When I was born in
1944 I was not issued by my government any thing but a piece of
paper that testified to where, when and by whom I was born. From
that day forward I was provided survival help by my parents and
not the government. This system of care was working real well,
until I had to sit at the dinner table with my three brothers
where survival was determined by who was the fastest or had the
bigger elbows.
Growing up in a
house hold with three brothers was a challenge from a health
point of view in the sense of broken bones, black eyes, sharp
instruments being stuck in a leg, bb welts and various of other
health endangerments. When any of these endangerments resulted
in the need of a physician to look at, our parents simply took
us to ole Doc Kennelworths for the fix up. As my parents left
the office they would stop by the cashier and drop off a few
dollars on our account. If it was not enough then they would
receive a bill for the difference the following month.
If we, the boys,
were not misbehaving too badly the following month and required
no medical attention my parents would send a few more dollars to
ole Doc Kennelworth eventually paying off the bill. My parents
were happy, ole Doc Kennelworth was happy and we boys were happy
that we made it through a month with no painful experience.
The above story is a description of
the health care plan that I grew up under. All health insurance
is nothing more than a concoction of marketing to place between
the physician and the patience a middle man that is trying to
make as much money as they can off of the skill of the physician
and the need of the patient.
Now, back to the preamble to the US
Constitution. I am a ardent believer in the form of government
that our founding fathers set up. In my opinion since the
writing and passage of our constitution people have been trying
to misuse, abuse and usurp the real meaning of what the
constitution declares.
Nowhere in the US Constitution does
it allow for the US Government to provide health care for its
citizens. That being the case, then I as your president cannot
by law disobey the constitution that I will swear to up hold. I
see my job as your president to “establish
Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common
defense, promote the general Welfare, and
secure the Blessings of Liberty”.
Many of my future predecessors have abused the
constitution so badly that now our blessed America is on the
brink of bankruptcy. It is my responsibility as your president
to promote the general welfare of America by making sure that
government stays out of the way of job creation and income
development by its citizens. And, as well as protecting job
creation and income development by its citizens from unfair
trade polices of my future predecessors.
You have always
heard that if you can remove the middle man from your buying
decision then you will spend less money. That is true because
the middle man incurs all the cost of doing business in
providing that product or service, even if it is the government
acting as the middle man.

search on the subject of health insurance, universal health
insurance, social health insurance, other countries health
insurance plans, both the good and the bad of them I came across

The care and attention of the less fortunate will be
a matter for the states to manage in my administration.
Philanthropic activities will be promoted and encouraged by my
office. By encouraging the citizenry to get involved with such
activities it would be my hope that they begin to rekindle a
merciful spirit from that involvement.
As your president I
will promote good health through good eating habits, exercise,
nutritional knowledge and all around good living. If we as a
country turn our sights towards excellence then we will work our
way out of our dependence on health insurance and might just
revert back to putting our trust and health in the hands of a
great physician and not an HMO or PPO and surely not the
government.
